My 5-night stay at Residence Inn By Marriott Lubbock Southwest was a great choice. the brand-new double room was well-equipped with climate control, a flat-screen television, and a comfortable couch bed. the staff went above and beyond during my stay. the hotel's location in the heart of Jackson was convenient, with a variety of restaurants within a short walking distance, like the excellent Huddle House only 10 minutes away.

I loved how spacious the room was, providing plenty of space to relax and unwind. The abundance of natural light that streamed in made the room feel bright and inviting. The amenities provided in the bathroom, particularly the shampoo and conditioner, were top-notch. Additionally, the little kitchen cleaning supplies were a thoughtful touch.

Not obvious to find: Lighting in the sink area was extremely poor, making it difficult to perform tasks like shaving or applying makeup. The sliding glass doors in the glass enclosed shower did not stay closed properly.

I enjoyed my stay here, the room was spacious and the staff were friendly, I had a comfortable bed and I would definitely come back in the future.
